Scandium - Day 2 - Throne of Taurus
We remember at the Round Table that the twelve thrones do not divide matter: they surround it in order to know it from the perspective of wholeness. At the center remains Excalibur, the axis of calibration, and beneath its invisible edge the Philosopher’s Stone is formed as the conscious ordering of the matter being contemplated. Throughout thirteen days, each throne observes the same particle, measures it according to its function, and delivers its perspective to the center. At the conclusion of the cycle, Thoth-Merlin gathers the twelve perspectives and seals a new layer of the Stone.
During this cycle, its form is expressed as Scandium: an element with the symbol Sc and atomic number 21. This is the substance we are bringing into order. Particle number 21 of the Philosopher’s Stone enters the Round Table today to be observed from the throne of Taurus.
Scandium: Throne of Taurus
Today we share the perspective of Taurus. From this throne, we observe where Scandium is found within the Earth and why a particle that is not extraordinarily scarce can nevertheless be difficult to gather into large reserves.
How does Scandium express itself?
Scandium is a trace element relatively widespread in the rocks of the Earth’s crust. The USGS estimates an average abundance of approximately 14 milligrams per kilogram in the upper continental crust. Its concentration tends to be higher in mafic rocks, where it can reach approximately 35 to 40 milligrams per kilogram, and lower in many granitic and sedimentary rocks. It also occurs as a trace element in minerals such as clays, micas, and pyroxenes.
However, Scandium rarely forms mineral concentrations high enough to constitute large deposits of its own. The USGS notes that although its presence in crustal rocks exceeds that of some much better-known metals, it has little tendency to concentrate selectively with the anions that form many ore minerals. Matter contains it, but it contains it in a dispersed form.
What does it reveal to us?
When observed from the throne of Taurus, Scandium reveals that abundance and concentration are not the same thing. Something can exist in many places and yet be difficult to gather.
Excalibur calibrates particle number 21 to distinguish true reserve from mere accumulation. Scandium teaches that possessing dispersed resources does not mean having them available. Matter needs organization before a capacity can become a tool.
How do we integrate it?
At the center of the Round Table, the candle remains lit. It does not represent Scandium or the throne observing it: it keeps visible the unmoving point from which all perspectives can come together without becoming confused. Observe the flame until you recognize in it that which exists in many places, but needs to be gathered in order to acquire a new function.

Hold a single affirmation within yourself: «I recognize the resources that already exist within me.»
Emotion — Cleansing with the candle
Light a candle and observe it in silence. Take three slow breaths. With each exhalation, release the feeling of scarcity born from failing to recognize what already exists, the dispersion of your resources, and the need to seek outside yourself that which you have not yet gathered within your own matter.The emotion is brought into order through stability.
Action — Integration into the body
Pour yourself a glass of water and hold it between both hands. Say three times: «I gather my dispersed matter for a conscious function». Drink slowly, allowing the action to become integrated into the body.
